Hunter Engineering has completed the Planning, Engineering and Land Surveying for several of the Crescent Crown Distributing sites. Such sites have included a 305,000sq.ft. facility with Gas in Surprise, Arizona, the Corporate Headquarters with full shop and maintenance service in Mesa, Arizona and the planning for a 200,000 sq.ft. facility in Baton Rouge.
This project included the design of 160 acres for industrial development including all infrastructure improvements. Hunter Engineering worked on all Entitlements as well as completed all of the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying associated with the project. In addition to the infrastructure, this project included 1,700,000sq.ft. of industrial buildings for both speculative and user development. Hunter Engineering completed the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying for the 1,200,000 sq.ft. TJ Maxx distribution center.
Hunter engineering has completed the planning, engineering and land surveying for several federal express facilities. These projects have included ground up construction and planning as well as expansions and or modifications to the existing facilities. Hunter Engineering recently completed a 260,000 sq.ft. facility near 19th avenue and pinnacle peak road for a distribution center. This site was contracted with Scannell Properties and included major off-site drainage improvements, roadway improvements and bid solicitation.
Hunter Engineering performed the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying for this 9-lot, 80-acre commercial/light industrial subdivision infrastructure project. Hunter Engineering designed the infrastructure and coordinated extensively with the City of Phoenix, Salt River Project Irrigation, the client and the contractor. The project included grading, paving, drainage, public water and public sewer plans. In addition to the off-site portion of the development, this project included coordination with the developer for future buildings within the subdivision.
