Hunter Engineering performed the design for this 342-unit three- and four-story apartment complex.  The project included the design of regional drainage facilities, grading paving, striping, public water, public reclaimed water and sewer plans.  Hunter Engineering managed the design team and coordinated extensively with the City of Phoenix, the client, and the contractor.  In addition to the on-site portion of the development, this project included an off-site drainage analysis, half street improvements to Tatum Boulevard and Deer Valley Road.

Hunter Engineering performed the civil engineering and land surveying for this mixed use retail and multi-unit two and three story complex.  The project included the design of all site improvements for this 10-acre facility including grading paving, striping, public water, public reclaimed water and sewer plans.  Hunter Engineering managed the design team and coordinated extensively with the city, the client, and the contractor.

Hunter Engineering performed the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying for this approximately 350 unit four story multi-family complex. The project included a parking garage, drainage facilities, grading, paving, striping, water, sewer, hardscape and dry utility plans. Hunter Engineering managed all aspects of the project including land survey and construction staking. The project included access to the City of Tempe and ADOT joint regional pedestrian trail and coordination with the Maricopa Count Flood Control District.

The project included a parking garage, drainage facilities, grading, paving, striping, water, sewer, hardscape and dry utility plans. Hunter Engineering managed all aspects of the project including land survey and construction staking. In addition, Hunter Engineering prepare a post construction ALTA survey for the project.
