
Hunter Engineering performed the design and construction administration for this 80-acre commercial and industrial project. Improvements included one mile of public roadway improvements, one mile of public sewer line improvements, one mile of public water line improvements and a quarter mile of 72” public storm drain improvements. In addition to the design of the public improvements this project included an off-site drainage analysis for the region. Coordination was required with the City of Phoenix Development Services and Street Transportation Department and the adjacent private development.

Hunter Engineering was the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm for this 110-acre infrastructure development project. Improvements included one and a half miles of public roadway improvements, one mile of public sewer main, over two and a half miles of waterline, large regional retention facility public storm drain improvements, reclaimed water and permitting with multiple jurisdictions for approval. In addition, Hunter Engineering prepared engineering cost estimates, management of sub-consultants and the construction staking for the project.

Hunter Engineering was the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm for this complex 290-acre infrastructure project. Hunter Engineering managed the design team and coordinated extensively with the City of Surprise, City of El Mirage, BNSF Railroad, Maricopa County Department of Transportation, Maricopa County Flood Control, the client and the contractor. The project included grading, paving, striping, drainage, public water, public reclaimed water and sewer plans. In addition to the off-site portion of the development, this project included an extensive drainage analysis for the region which included coordination with a hydrologist and revisions to existing flood plains as well as a water treatment facility and well site design. Hunter Engineering was also the Engineer of Record and the construction staking survey firm for the project.

Hunter Engineering performed the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying for the 70,000 sq.ft. corporate headquarters for Medi-Serve. The project included a regional retention basin, drainage facilities, grading, paving, striping, water, sewer, hardscape and dry utility plans. Hunter Engineering managed all aspects of the project including land survey and construction staking.

Hunter Engineering was the Surveyor and project Coordinator for the Veterans Administration building located in Phoenix, Arizona. They provided the initial boundary survey, ALTA Survey, Topographic Surveys and preliminary and final platting for the project. They were responsible for providing all of the survey background information for the dedication of Right-of-Way and creation of legal descriptions and exhibits for the light rail project adjacent to the site.

They managed the design team and coordinated extensively with the City of Phoenix, the client and the contractor. The project included grading, paving, drainage, and public water and sewer plans.
